• I see individuals and couples for weekly therapy in my office in the Toluca Lake neighborhood of Burbank, and virtually throughout California.

The office is right off the 134 freeway convenient to Studio City, Sherman Oaks, North Hollywood, Hollywood, West Hollywood, Glendale, Los Feliz, Silverlake, Pasadena, Altadena, Mt. Washington, and Highland Park.

  • Yup! I provide therapy to individual adults and couples virtually throughout California. For teens, I only meet in-person.

  • I work collaboratively with clients based on their own needs and goals using a psychodynamic approach. That just means we will explore how some of the early relationship dynamics in your life are showing up today.

  • People begin therapy for many different reasons. Some are struggling with anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, self-doubt, or major life transitions. Others feel stuck in recurring patterns or want a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships.

You don't need to have a specific diagnosis or a clear explanation for why you're seeking therapy. Sometimes people simply have a sense that something isn't working the way they'd like it to, and therapy can be a place to explore that together.

  • I’m warm, honest, and straightforward. And I talk—I’m not a therapist who just sits and nods while you speak. It’ll feel like a dialogue. Sometimes therapy can be really tough. It’s not always a fun experience talking about difficult things, but I always approach therapy with humor and directness.

  • Yes. Having worked in the entertainment industry myself in my previous career, I see a lot of people who work in or adjacent to the entertainment industry. This means creative types like musicians, songwriters, actors, writers, directors, producers, and executives. I also see a lot of clients who are in the LGBTQ+ community, and I see many couples and teens.

  • Ideally, for therapy to be effective, we meet weekly, and in some cases, we meet more frequently. Of course, that’s not always possible for a variety of reasons. We will work together to figure out the frequency that is best for you.

  • My session fee for individual adults and teens is $160 per 50 min session, and $200 for couples per 50 min session. I also have a limited number of sliding scale slots. Please inquire if you have financial need.

  • Simply put, no.

I don't bill insurance companies directly, but I can provide a monthly Superbill if you have out-of-network benefits and would like to seek reimbursement through your insurance provider.

While I know that can sometimes be frustrating, working outside of insurance allows therapy to be guided by your needs and goals rather than the requirements of an insurance company.

  • Yes. I have a select number of sliding scale slots for people who are experiencing financial hardship, and cannot afford a full session rate. Please just ask, I’m happy to accommodate if I have slots available.

  • Reach out through the contact form, or call/email/text me, and we can setup a time for a free 20 minute phone call to see if we are a good fit.
